As preliminary and niève a build as I'd ever constructed. But, I'm curious as anyone as to what the new LoD-less meta will develop into.

monk line is neat, but those paragons dont offer too much out of the occasional party wide rof from ballad. fit mending refrain on there.

3 WoHs is overkill I think. and so are 2 Paragorns. and if you have 2 I dont understand why you'd bring the Cruel Spear 1. Vicious+GftE is good enough DW option, go for Stunning Strike perhaps? Daze is devastating and your build has plenty of other conditions to cover it, and it spikes well too...
you also lack serious condition removal, both Monks only have dismiss and you dont have a non Monk draw or whatever else... heavy condition teams such as yours will drown you in conditions which you wont recover from. especially if 1 of the Dismisses gets D-Shotted... |

Ha, build outdated and bad. WoH, while still great, isn't as rofl as it was just after buff. And those paragons are pretty gimped.
